Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 1
    rack of baby back ribs (3lbs)
  • 12 oz
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1
    18 ounce jar sweet baby rays bar-b-q sauce
  • ·
    salt, pepper and garlic powder, to taste

How to Make Crock Pot bar-b-q ribs


  1. Spray inside crockpot or use liner. Remove skin from ribs. Cut ribs in half or have butcher cut individual ribs. Sprinkle ribs with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  2. Place ribs into crock pot. Mix bbq sauce, brown sugar and coke together in a bowl. Pour over ribs.
  3. Cover crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours or until tender. Baste a few times during cooking. Transfer ribs to an oven proof dish. Broil until carmelized. (Keep your eye on doesn't take long)
