3 1/2 lbpork shoulder butt
6 oztomato paste
1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed
1 cred wine
1 Tbspsmoked paprika
1 tsponion powder
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tspchili powder
How to Make Crock Pot Sweet & Smoky Pulled Pork
- Trim as much fat off the pork shoulder as possible but don't worry about getting it all.
- Mix all your ingredients until everything is well blended.
- Place pork shoulder in the crock pot and pour your mixed ingredients over it then set to low for 8 hours.
- After 8 hours your pulled pork should fall apart easily in the crock pot by just using tongs to separate it.
