Ingredients
- 3 1/2 - 4 pounds pork roast
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 ounces coke, caffeine free if possible
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
How To Make crock pot pulled pork, sweet and tender

Step 1The night before, combine 2 Tb. brown sugar, cayenne pepper, cumin, and salt. Rub on roast. Put in crock pot on LOW all night.

Step 2Next morning: Add coke, chicken broth, garlic and onions. Keep on LOW until ready to serve.

Step 3About 1 hour before serving, shred roast and add 1/3 cup brown sugar. Makes great burritos, tacos, and sandwiches.
