I made this a little while back and forgot to post it, so when I made it tonight I thought I better post it so you all can enjoy it too. lol This is very easy to make and on the pocket book as well. My family loves it and I hope your's will too.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds boneless pork roast
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 medium onion
  • - worcestershire sauce
  • - liquid smoke flavoring
  • - garlic salt
  • - black pepper
  • - chile powder
  • - paprika
  • - chives, dried
  • - bay leaf
  • - your favoriate bbq sause

How To Make crock pot pulled pork bbq

  • Step 1
    Place Roast in crock pot, put in 3 cups water, chop onion into large peaces and drop into water, add spices, liquid smoke, & worchestershire to your taste and a bay leaf. Turn on low and let cook for 8 hours.
  • Step 2
    When it has cooked 8 hours remove roast from crock pot. Scoop out onion & bay leaf and discard. Pour off all but about 1 cup of the water.
  • Step 3
    Using two forks shread the pork and replace in crock pot. Use your favorite BBQ sause, either homeaid or from a jar, coat well and stir. Let cook 1 more hour and serve on a toasted bun.
