Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds boneless pork roast
- 1 package pork gravy mix
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 4 medium baking potatoes
- 1 small yellow onions
- 6 medium radishes, quartered
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
How To Make crock pot pork roast

Step 1put the roast in the crock pot, I use a 6 quart oval. spray the sides of the pot with cooking spray.

Step 2mix the pork gravy mix with 1 cup of cold water. pour over roast.

Step 3add vegetables that have been cut into roughly 1" pieces or at least halved.

Step 4add 1 tsp vinegar.

Step 5no salt is needed but you may add black pepper to taste. cover. turn to high and cook 5 hours.
