Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

2-3 lb
boneless pork roast
1 pkg
pork gravy mix
1 c
baby carrots
4 medium
baking potatoes
1 small
yellow onions
6 medium
radishes, quartered
1 tsp
apple cider vinegar

Step-By-Step

1put the roast in the crock pot, I use a 6 quart oval. spray the sides of the pot with cooking spray.
2mix the pork gravy mix with 1 cup of cold water. pour over roast.
3add vegetables that have been cut into roughly 1" pieces or at least halved.
4add 1 tsp vinegar.
5no salt is needed but you may add black pepper to taste. cover. turn to high and cook 5 hours.
