Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 2-3 lb
    boneless pork roast
  • 1 pkg
    pork gravy mix
  • 1 c
    baby carrots
  • 4 medium
    baking potatoes
  • 1 small
    yellow onions
  • 6 medium
    radishes, quartered
  • 1 tsp
    apple cider vinegar

How to Make crock pot pork roast


  1. put the roast in the crock pot, I use a 6 quart oval. spray the sides of the pot with cooking spray.
  2. mix the pork gravy mix with 1 cup of cold water. pour over roast.
  3. add vegetables that have been cut into roughly 1" pieces or at least halved.
  4. add 1 tsp vinegar.
  5. no salt is needed but you may add black pepper to taste. cover. turn to high and cook 5 hours.
