Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 - pork loin chops, 3/4" thick
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 can chicken and rice soup

How To Make crock pot pork chops

  • Step 1
    Mix first four ingredients (flour to garlic powder).
  • Step 2
    Coat pork chops with flour mixture.
  • Step 3
    Fry in oil in skillet until well browned on both sides.
  • Step 4
    Place in crockpot.
  • Step 5
    Pour soup over chops.
  • Step 6
    Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4 hours.
