Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 - pork loin chops, 3/4" thick
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 can chicken and rice soup
How To Make crock pot pork chops

Step 1Mix first four ingredients (flour to garlic powder).

Step 2Coat pork chops with flour mixture.

Step 3Fry in oil in skillet until well browned on both sides.

Step 4Place in crockpot.

Step 5Pour soup over chops.

Step 6Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4 hours.
