onion, cut into wedges

chopped celery

clove garlic , minced

ince of ginger , grated
1 tsp
salt
1 1/2 tsp
black pepper
1 - 19 oz
pineapple tidbits
1 c
pineapple juice
1 c
water
1 1/2 c
white rice
2 tsp
cornstarch
1/3 c
vinager
2 tsp
soy sauce
1 tsp
brown sugar
1/2 tsp
salt

How to Make Crock-Pot Polynesian Pork Chops

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place all ingredients up to the rice into a crock pot.
  • 2Cook on low for 8-9 hours or longer for falll apart meat.
  • 3Remove from crock pot with a slotted spoon and place on a serving platter-Pour liquid into a medium saucepan
  • 4Whisk together the remaining ingredients and add to ingredients in saucepan-over medium high heat-and cook until thickened to your preference.
  • 5Pour over chops and serve.
