  • 3 plus lb
    pork loin roast
  • 1 can(s)
    crushed or chunks pineapple
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Crock Pot Pineapple Pork Roast


  1. slice pork into thick slices and lay on bottom of crock pot. pour pineapple (do not drain) over roast.
  2. spoon soy sauce over roast. sprinkle brown sugar over it and add some salt and pepper.
  3. cook on low for 6-8 hours.
