Ingredients

  • 1 pound bulk italian sausage, (hot mild or sweet)
  • 1 package lasagna noodles, no boil, broken into 2" pieces
  • 12 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided
  • 2 - 26 oz jars pasta sauce of choice
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes

How To Make crock pot lasagna

  • Step 1
    Line crock pot with reynolds liner.
  • Step 2
    In medium skillet over medium heat, crumble & cook sausage until brown. Place in crock pot.
  • Step 3
    Add noodles, ricotta, 2 C mozzarella, pasta sauce & parsley. Stir gently to combine. Cover & cook on LOW 4 - 6 hours.
  • Step 4
    5 minutes before serving, top with remaining mozzarella. Cover to melt cheese.
