  • 1 bottle
    heinz chili sauce
  • 1 tsp
    prepared mutard
  • 1/4 c
    cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c
splenda brown sugar blend (not packed)
  • 2-3 lb
    chipped ham from deli

How to Make Crock Pot Ham Barbecue

  1. Mix all ingredients except ham in your crock pot. I pour the vinegar into the emply chili sauce bottle and shake to get every bit out.
  2. Add chipped ham and mix.
  3. Cook on low for 4 or 5 hours (or longer). Serve on buns (I use the low calorie buns). Makes a lot of servings, depending on how much ham you use and how much you put on each bun.
