Ingredients
- 1 bottle heinz chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon prepared mutard
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup splenda brown sugar blend (not packed)
- 2-3 pounds chipped ham from deli
How To Make crock pot ham barbecue

Step 1Mix all ingredients except ham in your crock pot. I pour the vinegar into the emply chili sauce bottle and shake to get every bit out.

Step 2Add chipped ham and mix.

Step 3Cook on low for 4 or 5 hours (or longer). Serve on buns (I use the low calorie buns). Makes a lot of servings, depending on how much ham you use and how much you put on each bun.
