I guarantee you that Crock Pot Chops are going to be a favorite recipe in your home. I threw these together with ingredients I had on hand and now they are a favorite of both friends and family. There are several things to love about this recipe including the simplicity of the ingredients and the outcome of a easy meal in a crock pot. The ingredients are easily doubled for more people. The crock pot does all the work for you and the chops are fork tender....enjoy!

How to Make Crock Pot Chops

Step-by-Step

  1. Liberally season chops with creole seasoning on all sides and brown in a frying pan sprayed with Pam.
  2. Remove from pan and place in a lightly greased ( I spray with Pam) 3 quart crock pot. Add 1 can of cream of chicken soup and spread over the top of the chops.
  3. Add 1/2 can of chicken broth and cover with lid.
  4. Cook on high heat for 4 hours or on low heat for 8 hours.
  5. Serve over cooked rice.
