21 inch thick pork chops
2 Tbspcreole seasoning
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
1/2 can(s)chicken broth
How to Make Crock Pot Chops
- Liberally season chops with creole seasoning on all sides and brown in a frying pan sprayed with Pam.
- Remove from pan and place in a lightly greased ( I spray with Pam) 3 quart crock pot. Add 1 can of cream of chicken soup and spread over the top of the chops.
- Add 1/2 can of chicken broth and cover with lid.
- Cook on high heat for 4 hours or on low heat for 8 hours.
- Serve over cooked rice.
