There are several things to love about this recipe including the simplicity of the ingredients and the outcome of a easy meal in a crock pot. The ingredients are easily doubled for more people. Ingredients
- 2 - 1 inch thick pork chops
- 2 tablespoons creole seasoning
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 can chicken broth
How To Make crock pot chops

Step 1Liberally season chops with creole seasoning on all sides and brown in a frying pan sprayed with Pam.

Step 2Remove from pan and place in a lightly greased ( I spray with Pam) 3 quart crock pot. Add 1 can of cream of chicken soup and spread over the top of the chops.

Step 3Add 1/2 can of chicken broth and cover with lid.

Step 4Cook on high heat for 4 hours or on low heat for 8 hours.

Step 5Serve over cooked rice.
