I got this sweet and spicy recipe from my daughter. We make this at least one a month because it's so good! The Dr. Pepper helps to offset the chipotle. Use less or more chipotle to suit your taste buds!

Ingredients
- 1-2 medium white onion, quartered
- 3-4 - chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 3 tablespoons adobo sauce
- 1-2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 20 ounces bottle dr pepper
- 1/4 cup bbq sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3-4 pounds pork roast or shoulder
- 1-2 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring
How To Make crock pot chipotle pork

Step 1Chop onion in large pieces and place in crock pot. Place the pork over onions. Mix the rest of ingredients well and pour over Pork.

Step 2Cook on low for 8 hours. Remove pork and shred. Use or discard the juices. You can use the meat in burritos, tacos or sandwiches.
