Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef, at least 80% lean
  • 1 pound bulk italian sausage
  • 1 - onion, sliced
  • 2 - 15 oz. jars marinara sauce, refrigerated
  • 2 cups mushrooms, fresh, sliced
  • 1 can tomatoes, canned italian-style & diced
  • 1 can tomatoes, stewed italian-style
  • 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
  • 1 package tortellini or ravioli, cheese stuffed, refrigerated
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese or pizza cheese blend, shredded

How To Make crock pot cheesy italian tortellini

  • Step 1
    In 10" skillet, cook beef & sausage over medium-high heat 5 - 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.
  • Step 2
    Line crock pot with Reynolds Slow Cooker Liners.
  • Step 3
    Pour beef/sausage mixture, marinara, mushrooms, tomatoes & italian seasoning in crock pot. Cover; cook on low heat setting 7 - 8 hours.
  • Step 4
    Stir in tortellini; sprinkle with cheese. Cover; cook on low heat setting about 15 minutes longer or until tortellini are tender.
  • Step 5
    TIP: HIGH ALTITUDE (3500 - 6500) - In step 4, cover & cook on low heat setting about 25 minutes.
