crock pot bbq pulled pork
During the fall I cook quite a bit of pork. I was looking for some spices for pork and ran across crock pot BBQ Pulled Pork seasoning in a packet, it sounded good, so I gave it a try. This is very easy to fix and my family enjoys it.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients
- 1 package crock-pot bbq pulled pork seasoning
- 3 pounds boneless pork shoulder, picnic, or boston butt, well trimmed
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1 cup water (i use coca cola instead)
How To Make crock pot bbq pulled pork

Step 1Place pork in slow cooker.

Step 2Mix entire seasoning packet with coca-cola, ketchup, brown suga, and vinegar until blended. Pour over pork.

Step 3Cover and cook 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.

Step 4Remove pork from slow cooker. Shred, using two forks. Return meat to slow cooker. Mix with sauce and heat before serving.

Step 5DO NOT REMOVE COVER DURING COOKING.

Step 6Makes 1 Family Meal.
