6 slices pancetta

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon celery salt

How To Make crestview ultimate sausage dog

Step 1

gather ingredients

Step 2

in a large frying pan, add onions and pepper and pancetta. saute onions until soft and pan fry pancetta until crispy. remove from pan. crumble pancetta
Step 3

cut slits in sausage. in the same frying pan, cook sausage until golden brown
Step 4

build your ultimate suasage dog: place sausage dog down in bun, spread mustard, add kraut, spicy green tomato relish, tomatoes, parsley and sprinkle with celery salt
