2 (10 oz) oz
frozen chopped spinach -- thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 lb
ground mild italian sausage
2 (10 oz) can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz) pkg
cream cheese -- cubed
1/2 c
parmesan cheese -- grated
3 c
herb seasoned bread crumbs
1 small
yellow onion -- diced
1/2 c


1Brown sausage and onions in skillet.
2In a large bowl, beat the soup, cream cheese, milk and Parmesan cheese until blended.
3Stir in bread crumbs, spinach, and sausage mixture.
4Spoon into a baking dish coated with cooking spray.
5Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through.
