- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 - onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 teaspoons beef bouillon
- 2 tablespoons steak sauce
- 1/4 cup parsley
How To Make creamy onion-smothered pork chops

Step 1Slash edges of pork chops.

Step 2Combine flour and sage.

Step 3Dredge chops in flour.

Step 4Place in casserole with tenderloin inside.

Step 5Top with onion.

Step 6Whisk soup, milk, bouillon, steak sauce and remaining flour until smooth.

Step 7Pour over chops, coating all.

Step 8Cover and microwave at 30% for 15 minutes.

Step 9Turn and rearrange chops and push beneath sauce.

Step 10Cover and microwave 15 more minutes at 30%, then let stand for 10 minutes.

Step 11Skim off excess fat and serve.
