Ingredients
- 1 pound ziti, uncooked
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 12 ounces ham, diced
- 1 - bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 10 ounces spinach, thawed and drained
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
How To Make creamy ham ziti

Step 1Prepare pasta according to package directions.

Step 2While pasta is cooking, warm the oil over medium heat in a large skillet.

Step 3Add the ham and red pepper and cook until browned.

Step 4Meanwhile, puree the sour cream, spinach, milk, mustard, parsley, dill, lemon juice and hot sauce in a food processor or blender until very smooth.

Step 5Add the puree to the ham.

Step 6Heat to a simmer.

Step 7When pasta is done, drain it well.

Step 8Toss pasta with sauce, season with salt and pepper and serve.
