    ziti, uncooked
  • 1/2 tsp
    vegetable oil
  • 12 oz
    ham, diced
  • 1
    bell pepper, diced
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 10 oz
    spinach, thawed and drained
  • 3/4 c
  • 1/4 c
    dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c
    parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    dill, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    crushed red pepper

How to Make Creamy Ham Ziti


  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  2. While pasta is cooking, warm the oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
  3. Add the ham and red pepper and cook until browned.
  4. Meanwhile, puree the sour cream, spinach, milk, mustard, parsley, dill, lemon juice and hot sauce in a food processor or blender until very smooth.
  5. Add the puree to the ham.
  6. Heat to a simmer.
  7. When pasta is done, drain it well.
  8. Toss pasta with sauce, season with salt and pepper and serve.
