- 4 - boneless pork loin chops, 1/2'-thick
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 2 tablespoons sliced fresh basil, or 2 tbsp freeze-dried basil
How To Make creamy basil-infused pork chops

Step 1In lg skillet, over medium heat, heat oil. Add garlic, saute 2 mins.

Step 2Add chops and brown 8-10 min per side or until cooked through.

Step 3Remove chops from pan. Whisk light cream and basil into pan, cook 2-3 min or until sauce thickens slightly. Pour sauce over chops.
