Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1.5 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1.5 pounds ham, cooked and cubed
- 3 - eggs, hard boiled and chopped
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make creamed ham and asparagus

Step 1In a saucepan, cook asparagus in a small amount of water until tender; drain and set aside.

Step 2In a medium saucepan, mix cornstarch and 2 tablespoons milk.

Step 3Add butter, salt, pepper and remaining milk; cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.

Step 4Add parsley, ham, eggs, cheese and asparagus; cook and stir over low heat until ham is warmed and cheese is melted.

Step 5Serve over toast points (or biscuits).
