Ingredients
- 4 - boneless pork chops
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- - italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 - beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup milk or half and half
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika, sweet mild
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt or powder
How To Make cream mushroom pork chops

Step 1dip chops in beaten eggs then in seasoned bread crumbs, press hard so chops are well coated

Step 2fry chops in heated cooking oil five minutes each side on medium/low heat till well browned.

Step 3transfer chops to baking dish, mix milk salt pepper and cream of mushroom soup pour over chops. sprinkle with paprika and bake covered with foil at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
