Cranberry Pork Roast
- 3-5 lb pork roast
- 1/2 - 3/4 c french dressing
- onion sliced thin
- 1 can cranberries (i use berry type)
Slice your onion thin & disburse over pork roast. Spoon your cranberry mixture over the roast/onions.
Cook until thermometer reads 160 degrees (about 3-4 hrs). I boil my potatos & carrots first to soften then I toss with basil. Add to crockpot the last 30-40 min. Fablous 1 pot meal. I guarantee this one!!
