I have made this many times...it is my new favorite to take when we have a "sick call" to take a meal. Always comes out great. You can see I add red potatos & carrots sprinkled w/basil when I want a 1 pot meal.

prep time 30 Min
cook time 3 Hr
method ---
yield 4-6 serving(s)

Ingredients

  • - 3-5 lb pork roast
  • - 1/2 - 3/4 c french dressing
  • - onion sliced thin
  • - 1 can cranberries (i use berry type)

How To Make cranberry pork roast

  • Step 1
mix cranberries, french dressing together. Place porkroast into your crockpot. Slice your onion thin & disburse over pork roast. Spoon your cranberry mixture over the roast/onions. Cook until thermometer reads 160 degrees (about 3-4 hrs). I boil my potatos & carrots first to soften then I toss with basil. Add to crockpot the last 30-40 min. Fablous 1 pot meal. I guarantee this one!!
