Ingredients

  • 1 - pork tenderloin ( size depends on family)
  • 1 can cranberry sauce ( whole or jelly)
  • 4 tablespoons orange juice, frozen concentrate
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 1/2 cups pork broth

How To Make cranberry orange pork tenderloin

  • Step 1
    In a dutch oven or other baking dish of your choice place your tenderloin, sprinkle with kosher salt.Pour pork broth in.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl mix cranberry sauce, orange juice concentrate and nutmeg. Mix well, spoon over tenderloin, cover pan and place in oven. Cook for 2 1/2 - 3 hours on 250. Occasionally spoon some broth over. after 3 hours on low, remove lid, add a little more cranberry mix over top, place butter on top, turn heat up to 350 for 15-20 minutes.
