I found this recipe in taste of home. They are really good. I never have cared much for meatballs, but I love, love these.They are very easy to make, and are great to serve at parties, showers, & weddings.

    eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 c
    cornflake crumbs
  • 1/3 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried parsley flakes
  • 2 Tbsp
    dried minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 2 lb
    ground pork
  • ·
  • 1 can(s)
    (16ozs.) jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 c
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice

How to Make Cranberry Meatballs


  1. In a Large mixing bowl, combine first eight meat ball ingredients; crumble meat over mixture and mix well. Shape into 72 meatballs (1 inch. each).
  2. Place in a 15" x 10" x 1 " baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20--25 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from the oven; drain on paper towels.
  3. In a large saucepan, combine sauce ingredients. Cook, stirring frequently until the cranberry sauce is melted. Add the meatballs and heat through. Yield:12 main-dish or 24 appetizer servings.
