My family always enjoys Pork, because we only have it about twice a month. Tender, full of flavor and delicious. Poking the pork with a folk truely makes all the difference in the world. My 11 year old son has even took to cooking. His favorite dish is Pork chops, mac n' cheese, and broccoli (the other time I make pork). I hope you enjoy this dish.
