Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless country-style pork ribs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup old el paso thick n chunky salsa
- 3/4 cup chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste (6 oz. can)
How To Make country salsa ribs

Step 1Spray 3-4 qt. slow cooker or crock pot with cooking spray. Place ribs in crock pot, sprinkle with salt.

Step 2In a small bowl, mix salsa, chili sauce, cumin, and ground red pepper. Spoon over ribs. Cover & cook on low setting for 8-9 hrs. Remove ribs from crock pot and place on serving platter. Pour 1 cup of cooking juices into small bowl and stir in tomato paste. Spoon over ribs.
