- 2 medium apples(cortland or granny smith)
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 6 medium potatoes, sliced in 1/3s
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Step 1In dutch oven or large kettle, LAYER PORK> ONION> APPLE> BRWN SUGAR> POTATO till used .I put worc.sauce in the water then pour over.Bring to boil then reduce heat, cover and simmer 2 1/2 hours
