Ingredients

  • 4-6 - pork chops
  • 16 ounces box herb stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

How To Make country porkchops

  • Step 1
    1. Place pork chops in a shallow baking dish and bake uncovered at 250 degrees for one hour.
  • Step 2
    2. Prepare the herb stuffing mix according to the box directions.
  • Step 3
    3. Remove cooked pork chops from the oven and layer the stuffing mix on each pork chop, spoon on melted butter. Place back in oven for an additional 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 4-6. Enjoy.
