Ingredients
- 1/2 cup country dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 1/3 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 pound kielbasa, 1-inch pieces
- 1 large apple, cored and cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup frozen pearl onions, thawed
- 6 small red potatoes, parboiled, halved
- 3 cups cabbage, shredded and steamed
How To Make country kielbasa kabobs

Step 1Soak 6 10-inch wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.

Step 2In small bowl, blend mustard, preserves and green onions; set aside 1/4 cup of the mixture.

Step 3Alternately thread kielbasa, apple, pearl onions and potatoes on skewers.

Step 4Grill or broil kabobs for 12-15 minutes or until done, turning and brushing with remaining mustard mixture.

Step 5Heat reserved mustard mixture and toss with steamed cabbage.

Step 6Serve hot with kabobs. Garnish as desired.
