Country Ham and Corn Casserole

2 ccooked ham, cubed
1/2 cgreen onions, chopped
1/2 cmargarine or butter, melted
15 ozcan cream style corn
11 ozcan mexicorn (whole kernel corn, red & green peppers) drained
1 pkgcorn muffin mix (7 to 8-1/2 oz box)
4 ozcheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup)
How to Make Country Ham and Corn Casserole
- Grease 12 x 8 (2 quart) baking dish.
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese. Pour into baking dish.
- Bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes or until golden brown and set. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake an additional 2 minutes to melt cheese. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
