Ingredients
- 1 pound italian sausage, sweet
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium garlic cloves, crushed
- 10 ounces fresh spinach
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 5 - eggs, beaten slichtly
- 1/2 cup country dijon mustard
- 2 - 9-inch pie crusts
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
How To Make country dijon sausage pie

Step 1In large skillet, cook sausage, onion and garlic until sausage is crumbly.

Step 2Drain, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings.

Step 3Place mixture in large mixing bowl.

Step 4To drippings in skillet, add spinach.

Step 5Cook, covered, 2 minutes or until wilted.

Step 6Cool slightly.

Step 7Chop.

Step 8Add to sausage mixture.

Step 9Mix in oregano, eggs and mustard.

Step 10Pour in pastry-lined pie shell.

Step 11Sprinkle with cheese.

Step 12Top with pastry.

Step 13Cut vents.

Step 14Bake in preheated 400 oven 35 minutes or until browned.
