pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
2 Tbsp
butter
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
2 Tbsp
all purpose flour
1/4 c
maple sugar or brown sugar
2/3 c
apple juice

How to Make Cotelettes De Porc A L'Erable (Maple Pork Chops)

Step-by-Step

  • 1Saute chops in butter until brown color on both sides.
  • 2Season with salt and pepper
  • 3Mix together flour and maple sugar. Sprinkle on chops and add apple juice.
  • 4Cover and cook for 40 minutes at 350'F.

    Toward the end of cooking, remove fat that accumulates in the casserole.
