Ingredients

1 - egg
1 cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup cornmeal
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 cup milk
1 pound hot dogs
2 cups vegetable oil for frying
8-10 - popsicle stix

How To Make corn dogs

Step 1

In a medium bowl beat egg

Step 2

add dry ingredients and milk. Mix with a wisk-Batter will be thick.
Step 3

Insert popscicle stix into hotdogs-dip hotdogs into batter coating it all.Place hotdogs in frying pan and cook 2-3 minutes on each side untill golden brown. Drain on paper towels.serve warm with ketchup and mustard. Enjoy !
