  • 1
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2/3 c
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 3/4 c
  • 1 lb
    hot dogs
  • 2 c
    vegetable oil for frying
  • 8-10
    popsicle stix

How to Make CORN DOGS


  1. In a medium bowl beat egg
  2. add dry ingredients and milk. Mix with a wisk-Batter will be thick.
  3. Insert popscicle stix into hotdogs-dip hotdogs into batter coating it all.Place hotdogs in frying pan and cook 2-3 minutes on each side untill golden brown. Drain on paper towels.serve warm with ketchup and mustard. Enjoy !
