cool summer pasta salad
I originally got this recipe off of a flyer from the military commissary. I hadn't thought about it in years until they were giving out flyers the other day and lo and behold there it was again. It's been years since I made it, but as I remember, it is very tasty.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces penne pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 package johnsonville summer sausage (24oz) cut into thin strips
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 medium red pepper, diced
- 1 medium green pepper, diced
- 1 cup snow peas, sliced
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 6 ounces pepper jack cheese, cubed
- 6 ounces extra sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 1/2 cups italian or balsamic vinaigrette dressing
