Ingredients
- 1 - pork loin, boneless
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, light
- 3 tablespoons ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup ground coffee
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 can pineapple tidbits
- 1 cup coke
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
How To Make coffee cola pork loin

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse pork loin under cold water. Mix brown sugar, coffee, pepper, and cinnamon on a large plate. Roll pork loin in mixture until well coated. Melt the butter in a large skillet on medium and brown coated pork loin on all sides. Place on foil on cookie sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes or until done.

Step 2For the sauce, chop bacon into small pieces and cook on low to medium heat in a medium sized coated skillet. Drain all fat from bacon. Add coke, un-drained pineapple, and wine and then cook until reduced.

Step 3Spoon sauce over pork loin.
