8 - pork chops, center cut
- salt and pepper to taste
1 cup catsup
1 cup coca-cola
- brown sugar

How To Make coca-cola pork chops

Step 1

Place pork chops in baking pan. Season with salt and pepper. Mix catsup with the coca-cola. Pour over the pork chops. Sprinkle brown sugar over each chop. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until the pork chops are tender.
