I'VE SEEN COKE USED IN MANY RECIPES. I THINK THIS RECIPE WOULD WORK ON ANY KIND OF MEAT. LOOKING FORWARD TO USING THIS ON MY BEEF ROAST I HAVE IN THE FREEZER.
