Ingredients
- 2 - dried chipotle chiles
- 6 - pork chops, 1/2"
- 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons orange peel, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 - garlic clove
- 1 - orange, cut into 6 wedges
How To Make citrus-marinated pork chops

Step 1Cover chiles with water.

Step 2Let stand until softened, about 1 hour.

Step 3Drain and finely chop.

Step 4Place pork chops in a shallow glass or plastic dish.

Step 5Place chiles and remaining ingredients, except the orange, in a blender container.

Step 6Cover and blend, at low speed, until smooth.

Step 7Pour over chops.

Step 8Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours, spooning marinade over chops occasionally.

Step 9Set oven control to broil.

Step 10Remove chops from marinade and sit marinade aside.

Step 11Place chops on rack in a broiler pan.

Step 12Broil, with tops of the chops 3 to 5 inches from the heat, until light brown, about 10 minutes.

Step 13Turn the chops and brush with the marinade.

Step 14Broil until chops are done, about 5 minutes longer.

Step 15Garnish with orange wedges and serve.
