my boyfriend absolutley loved this recipe! full of flavor and the brining process makes the chops so moist.

Ingredients

4 c
cold water
2 c
apple cider
1/2 c
pure maple syrup
1/4 c
table salt
2 lb
bone-in pork chops
1 tsp
olive oil, light
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper

How to Make cider brined pork chops

Step-by-Step

  • 1get a big bowl and a 1 gallon ziploc bag -put bag in bowl and add the first 4 ingredients mix well till salt is dissolved. add pork chops and close bag and make sure pork chops are fully covered.
  • 2put in fridge for 3- 4 hours then take out pat dry. massage with olive oil, salt and pepper. put on heated grill. ( i use the foreman grill!)
  • 3cook 4 to 10 minutes and wallah! a great meal. i serve with buttered noodles and corn.
