Ingredients
- 4 cups cold water
- 2 cups apple cider
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup table salt
- 2 pounds bone-in pork chops
- 1 teaspoon olive oil, light
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make cider brined pork chops

Step 1get a big bowl and a 1 gallon ziploc bag -put bag in bowl and add the first 4 ingredients mix well till salt is dissolved. add pork chops and close bag and make sure pork chops are fully covered.

Step 2put in fridge for 3- 4 hours then take out pat dry. massage with olive oil, salt and pepper. put on heated grill. ( i use the foreman grill!)

Step 3cook 4 to 10 minutes and wallah! a great meal. i serve with buttered noodles and corn.
