My son came up with this one and it makes the list for comfort food....Delicious

Ingredients
- 4 - spanish chorizo's, sliced
- 1/2 - onion,diced
- 1/2 - green pepper, diced
- 1/2 - red pepper,diced
- 3 - garlic cloves, smashed
- 2 - potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 - carrot, peeled and sliced
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 - bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
How To Make chorizo stew

Step 1Saute onions, peppers and garlic in olive oil about 5 mins.

Step 2add in sliced chorizo as well as tomato sauce, tomato paste, white wine, bay leaf, potatoes and carrots, salt and pepper.

Step 3simmer 30 mins, till potatoes and carrots fork tender...serve over rice.
