I love the flavor of fresh chorizo! Have made hamburger chili Macc for years. So I thought, why not " chorizo" chili? So good!

Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh chorizo sausage,casing removed
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cans tomato sauce, 15 oz.
- 2 cans light red kidney beans, drained
- 1/2 package chili seasoning, hot & mild
- 1 box macaroni noodles,cooked
- 8-10 ounces velveeta, cubed
How To Make chorizo chili macc

Step 1Cook macaroni according to directions.

Step 2Remove casings from chorizo. In a large pot, Brown chorizo with diced onions until no longer pink.Drain if needed.

Step 3Add the remaining ingredients except cheese & noodles, stirring until well combined. Simmer until chili is completely hot. Reduce heat.Add cheese, stirring occasionally until all cheese is incorporated.

Step 4Add cooked noodles, mix well. Cover. Allow 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
