Ingredients
- 6 medium sweet potatoes
- 12 ounces chorizo (mexican sausage, mild or medium
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 pinch salt
How To Make chorizo and sweet potato hash

Step 1Peel and chop sweet potatoes into 1" cubes.

Step 2Add 2 Tbsp. of olive oil to a large skillet and heat up skillet.

Step 3Add chorizo and sweet potatoes to pan.

Step 4Add a pinch of salt over the dish.

Step 5Cook, turning occasionally until the sweet potatoes are cooked through, about 20 minutes. Make sure the chorizo is mixed throughout the sweet potatoes.
