Our family loves spicy. This dish is the perfect combination of sweet and spicy. It pairs well with rice and a side salad.

Ingredients

  • 6 medium sweet potatoes
  • 12 ounces chorizo (mexican sausage, mild or medium
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 pinch salt

How To Make chorizo and sweet potato hash

  • Step 1
    Peel and chop sweet potatoes into 1" cubes.
  • Step 2
    Add 2 Tbsp. of olive oil to a large skillet and heat up skillet.
  • Step 3
    Add chorizo and sweet potatoes to pan.
  • Step 4
    Add a pinch of salt over the dish.
  • Step 5
    Cook, turning occasionally until the sweet potatoes are cooked through, about 20 minutes. Make sure the chorizo is mixed throughout the sweet potatoes.
