1rub chops both sides with chipotle and bbq seasons, then fry in two tablespoons oil five or so minutes each side drain an put in crockpot.
2in sauce pan put remaining two tablespoons oil, add worcestershire sauce, hotsauce, liquid smoke, crushed garlic, caynenne pepper and catsup. bring to low boil boil and stir in brown sugar till is slightly thick sauce.
3remove from heat and pour over chops. stir in water and turn crockpot on hight aprrox ten minutes. stir and turn to low cook fout hours. should be fork tender and starting to shred. stir with fork to help shredding. serve on lightly toated bbq buns or cook a lil longer if desired.
