6 lbpork ribs or pork baby back ribs

3 cketchup

2bottles guiness beer (11.2 oz.each)

2 cbarbecue sauce

2/3 choney

1small vidalia onion chopped

1/4 cworcestershire sauce

2 Tbspdijon mustard

2 Tbspchopped chipolte peppers in adobo sauce

How to Make Chipolte Honey Barbeque Ribs
- Preheat oven to 300, place ribs in pan and cover with aluminum foil in oven for 1 hour. Barbecue sauce: In a large saucepan combine sauce ingredients; brint to a boil and reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 45 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove ribs from oven and pour half of the sauce over ribs coating all the ribs and place back in the oven uncovered 1 hour adding more sauce if needed. If you want, for the last few minutes grill them until just browned but it isn't necessary. Some people just like grilled ribs better. If not continue baking low and slow until tender.
