How To Make chinese style pork tenderloin with hoisin sauce
-
Step 1To make the pork, preheat the oven 375 degrees F. Mix the olive oil, garlic, ginger and Chinese 5 spice together. Rub all over the frozen pork tenderloin. Place the tenderloin on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
-
Step 2Meanwhile, make the sauce. Mix all ingredients for the sauce together in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer until thick and syrupy, about 10 to 15 minutes.
-
Step 3Remove the tenderloin from the oven and pour the sauce over top. Return to the oven and roast 15 to 20 minutes. Remove to a cutting board, cut into rounds, and garnish with scallions.
