Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 large eggs
- 2 bottles scallions, white parts chopped green parts cut into rings
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 pound ground pork
- 4 tablespoons yellow bean paste
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 large carrot, peeled and julienned
- 12 ounces rice noodles
How To Make chinese-style pork noodle bowl

Step 1Place 1 Tbsp olive oil in a pan. Add the beaten eggs and cook into a thin omelet.

Step 2Roll up the omelet and remove from the pan, and set aside. Then slice the omelet into strips.

Step 3Heat the rest of the olive oil in the pan and add the scallion whites, garlic, and ginger. Cook 1 minute.

Step 4Add the pork and cook, breaking up until no longer pink.

Step 5Add the yellow bean paste, soy sauces, Hoisin sauce, Shaoxing wine, water, and brown sugar. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Step 6While simmering, cook the noodles according to package directions.

Step 7Place the noodles in 4 bowls. Top with the pork, julienned carrots, Omelet pieces, and dark green parts of the scallions.
