These ribs are so easy and so good.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic (i use jar minced garlic)
  • 6 to 8 pounds country-style pork ribs

How To Make chinese style country ribs

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Salt and pepper ribs and place on sheet pan that is covered with foil (easy clean up) and let cook about 10 minutes, turn and let cook 10 minutes on other side. Ribs should be browned a little.
  • Step 2
    In a bowl, combine soy sauce, marmalade, catsup and garlic. Brush liberally on both sides of ribs using about half of the sauce. Spray cooker with non-stick spray (if you like) and place ribs in cooker.
  • Step 3
    Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. About half way through cooking, about 4 hours, pour remaining sauce over ribs coating well. Continue cooking.
