How to Make Chinese Spareribs
1Mix all ingredients together and pour ribs. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
2Preheat oven to 325*. Fill a broiler pan with enough water to cover the bottom, place rack over the tray and arrange ribs.
3Place pan in center of the oven and cook for 40 minutes, brushing and turning every 10 minutes. Let marinade cook on for final 10 minutes to make a glaze. Finish under broiler if desired.
