hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp
ketchup
1 Tbsp
honey
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 tsp
lemon juice
2 Tbsp
pineapple juice
1 tsp
grated ginger
1 Tbsp
chopped garlic
1 lb
pork spareribs

How to Make Chinese Spareribs

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all ingredients together and pour ribs. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
  • 2Preheat oven to 325*. Fill a broiler pan with enough water to cover the bottom, place rack over the tray and arrange ribs.
  • 3Place pan in center of the oven and cook for 40 minutes, brushing and turning every 10 minutes. Let marinade cook on for final 10 minutes to make a glaze. Finish under broiler if desired.
