3cubes red fermented tofu mashed with fork

1/2 tspChinese 5 spice

1 tspgranulated sugar

1 tspsalt

2 clovegarlic, minced
How To Make chinese roasted pork belly

1Mix the red fermented tofu Chinese 5 Spice, salt, sugar, and garlic. Rub all over the pork belly. Let marinate overnight in the fridge.

2Take the pork out of the fridge 1 hour before baking. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

3Place the pork on a rack in a baking pan and pour water in the bottom of the pan under the pork but don't touch the pork.

4Roast for 1 hour 15 minutes turning every 20 minutes. Let rest for 15 minutes.
