Ingredients
- 4 - pork tenderloins, 8 ounces each
- 1/4 cup soy sauce, low sodium
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1 - minced garlic clove
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ginger root, minced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- - vegetable cooking spray
How To Make chinese roast pork

Step 1Trim fat from tenderloins; place in a shallow dish.

Step 2Combine soy sauce and next 4 ingredients; pour over tenderloins, turning to coat all sides.

Step 3Cover and chill 2-3 hours, turning occasionally.

Step 4Remove tenderloins from marinade, reserve marinade.

Step 5Place tenderloins on a rack coated with cooking spray.

Step 6Place rack in broiler pan; add water to pan.

Step 7Broil 6 inches from heat source for 15-18 minutes, turning often, and basting with reserved marinade.

Step 8Meat is done when meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion of tenderloin registers 160 degrees.
